1. GENERAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.1 Training is allowed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2014 for children under 3 years of age who have no medical contraindications for sports activities, accompanied by one of their parents;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2014 for children from 3 years old to 18 years old, who have no medical contraindications for sports activities, with the permission of one of their parents;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2014 for persons from 18 years of age without medical contraindications for sports activities;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2014 dressed in sports clothing appropriate to the type of training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.2 The following persons are NOT allowed to train:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2014 persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.3 Students attend group classes exclusively by age groups. Attendance of older\/younger age groups is not allowed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.4 Students are obliged to follow fire safety rules and to know the location of primary fire extinguishing equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.5 Students must know the location of the first aid kit and be able to administer first aid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.6 The victim or witness of any accident must immediately report it to the coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.7. It is forbidden for the trainees to enter the gym without the permission of the coach, who conducts classes in the gym, to enter the gym on their own, to approach or use the equipment and inventory available in the gym<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.8 Persons who fail to fulfill or violate this Instruction shall be removed from the gym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1.9 Parents are not allowed in the gym, except for parents of children under 3 years old.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2.1 Study the contents of this Instruction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2.2 Before the start of training, change into a sports uniform; remove watches, chains, rings, bracelets, earrings, sharp hairpins and other foreign objects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2.3 It is forbidden to enter the gym with gum, candy and other edible products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2.4 Only with the permission of the coach who conducts classes in the gym, may persons enter the gym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2.5 It is forbidden to start training immediately after a meal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2.6 It is forbidden to enter the gym without the coach\u2019s permission and start training on your own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.1 During the training sessions the student is obliged to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2014 Follow these instructions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2014 Strictly follow all instructions of the coach conducting the training;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2014 When performing exercises in a row (one after another), keep sufficient intervals so that there are no collisions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2014 Use sports equipment only with the permission and under the direction of the coach conducting the classes;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2014 Execute exercises on sports equipment only in the presence of the coach conducting the classes and with their insurance;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.2 It is forbidden for the trainees to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2014 Stand close to other students performing exercises;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2014 Shout, use foul language, talk loudly and distract others during the exercises or while the coach is conducting the exercise;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2014 Use sports equipment and inventory not for their intended purpose;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2014 Disassemble, reassemble and repair sports equipment and equipment on their own;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u2014 Bring into or take out of the sports hall any objects without the permission of the coach conducting the classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.1 In case of pain in joints, muscles, bleeding, or feeling unwell, stop the lessons and inform the coach and the gym administrator about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.2 In case of an emergency situation (appearance of foreign odours, smoke, fire, etc.) immediately inform the coach and the gym administrator and act in accordance with his\/her instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.3 In case of injury, notify the coach and the gym administrator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4.4 If necessary and possible, assist the coach or the gym administrator and give the injured person first aid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
