NOT TO FORCE THE CHILD, BUT TO HELP HIM/HER TO FORM ONLY GOOD HABITS AND THE RIGHT PERCEPTION TOWARDS SPORTS.
At a young age, children should not be overloaded and training should not be turned into a frustrating experience. This can have a negative impact on the physical and mental development of the child. Based on these facts, our coaches use an individual approach with each child. After just a few classes, your child will have these basic skills:
- performing children’s basic elements on gymnastic apparatus
- trampolining
- overcoming the obstacle course
While enjoying the process and learning more and more new things, the child will also develop:
- strong core muscles
- correct posture
- improved coordination
- motor skills
- flexibility, agility and endurance




WHY GYMNASTICS?
Gymnastics is a sport that can easily interest a child with various interesting exercises and the training process itself. Classes do not cause special difficulties for children, as the process of training takes place in a playful form, but at the same time it is aimed at harmonious development of physical qualities, learning gymnastic and acrobatic elements, as well as achieving successful sports results
Thanks to qualified trainers of our club and an individual approach to each child, children easily gain confidence in themselves, become more concentrated on the classes, disciplined, attentive, and interested in following the instructions of the coach, which positively affects their results during training.




WHAT DO PARENTS NEED TO KNOW?
For ages 1.5 to 2 years old, classes are accompanied by parents and a coach
From the age of 3 — only under the guidance of a coach
Personal and family training is available
Gymnastics can be practised by any child
The duration of one training class is 50 minutes
